SmartKage Promotional Video

SmartKage™is a system that measures a baseball player's skill level in many areas, including fielding, hitting, pitching, base running, and much more. The system provides quantitative feedback to help players learn strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to see how they stack up against the rest of the nation. It's the SAT® for baseball. But SmartKage™had a problem. An issue that could become a variable in their testing causing the test to not truly be standardized was a students preparedness. If a student was not fully aware of how he was about to be tested he may be nervous or anxious, causing his performance to be impaired. To solve this problem, SmartKage™hired us to make a video that summarizes everything a student will do when he is tested. The video is a detailed step by step instruction of every station that must be completed to take the test. The hope is that by watching this video, a student will understand what is asked of him and he will be more prepared and less anxious, allowing him to preform at the maximum potential.

To show the wide variety of age groups that can use the facility, we had four athletes from four different age groups act in our video. It was a lot of fun working with these kids and they were talented actors as well as players.

After completing this video we decided that with only a little more coverage we could also make a promotional video. We were already in Boston, MA so we discussed the idea with SmartKage™and they agreed. SmartKage™plans on using the promo video to inform investors about what SmartKage™is all about.
